I wonder if you have any information about a supposed century 21 gold sponsored 'seminar'.
It is advertised as "Houston real estate job fair and education seminar, Saturday june 13 at 101 southwestern Blvd suite #298 in Sugar Land, tx. One Jay Bramlett is the contact person. He represents that if you take this quick realtor course century 21 people are there to hire you on the spot and pay you back for the cost of the course...I am invited to go and AM interested, but it sounds a bit 'scammy' to me..just a way to sell a high priced 'course' perhaps. Any information you might have or references that I could check would be appreciated. Thanks
