Possible Extension of First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit

The majority of my sales in 2009 have involved first-time home buyers. I believe an extension of the tax credit is very necessary. Its helped my business tremendously!

Unofficial First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit Deadline

Looking to take advantage of the First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit? It officially expires on November 30, 2009. In order for you to qualify for the credit, you must close on a home on or before the deadline. Therefore, you must have an executed contract by mid October. Most lenders require 45 days to complete all of the necessary paperwork, so try to get an executed contract soon!
